New Shoes New Era MOUNTAIN 600 LOW by Danner MOUNTAIN 600 by Danner  5/5 It seems the time for a new boot and footwear is upon me. I like this option if I can fit them both in my size. Epic trails and hikes ahead.

I’ve had these boots since about 1978, they’ve been a lot places with me, mostly the Rockies and Pacific Northwest (“Tetons WY and ID”, Colorado, Oregon, Idaho, Mexico, Canada). I think they are pooped out now. I’ve resoled and rebuilt two times and today I realize each one feels like it weights a good 10lbs …
